Lead: NovaMechanics

The overall purpose of work package 9 (WP9) is to ensure a smooth and seamless running of the entire consortium, with the ultimate purpose of fulfilling the project’s deliverables and meeting project milestones according to the work plan. The specific objectives are to:

1. Implement and maintain the project management structure.
2. Ensure an effective information flow within the NanoSolveIT Consortium and with the Commission (including coordination of mutual partners visits to accelerate work progress where needed)
3. Ensure high quality and timely reporting to the Commission by managing risks and problem resolution and ongoing review of reporting and deliverable submission.
4. Manage the resources of the project in a professional and efficient way
5. Organise meetings of the General Assembly, Executive Board, Advisory Board, and stakeholder consultation
6. Evaluate quality of project results and deliverables including review against financial allocations
7. Demonstrate innovation in all aspects of the NanoSolveIT project conception, implementation, execution and delivery via incorporation of best practice in project management and adaption of tailored innovation management practices and management theories
